FAQ:

1. how to ensure your products quality and how many years you can guarantee them?

response: for lpg cylinder, leak gas is the most important thing and we make leak testing twice times each cylinder, first time makes semi-finished after finish welding, another time is before packing.

we have our own lab to do X-ray nondestructive testing, mechanical  tesing and burst testing. the way of sampling will be devided into groups where each group will be formed of 1000pcs cylinder and two cylinders will be choesn randomly form each group.

for purchased material, like valve, seat, welding stick and solder we have suppliers who cooperate with us very long time and their quality can be ensured. of course each purchasing we have to inspect them before receiving by our storage.

we can guarantee our lpg cylinder at least 8 years with normal using, but actually our cylinder can use 15years is no problem.

2. May i order lpg cylinder with our own company and print our logo?

response: of course it's no problem, we also can OEM for our client. we can engrave your company name on cyinder handle or print your logo on cylinder body, but at present we only can print your logo with one color.

3. payment term and delivery time?

response: from last year we increased another workshop with one production line, and now we have 3 produstion lines, so now we can delivery 5*40HQ containers and below within 30 days after deposit payment.

payment term: 30% for deposit, balance against copy of BL.

4. how about make cylinder mould and the cost?

response: we can design and develop cylinder mould by ourselives, for example develop cylinder handle and footring mould, it will cost about $6000 and one month to finish them, but for cylinder body mould, it's very expensive, so we will suggest you to accept our cylinder size.

after your purchase quantity arrive 30,000pcs lpg cylinder, we can return back mould charge to you.
