Product Description

1. Characteristics

A. The gear and gear shaft employs high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, with manufacturing method of gear hobbing, the thermal treatment of carburising & quenching, as well as gear grinding, the hardness of gear flank can be HRC58-62, which is high precision and good contact. 

B. High transmission efficiency, stable transmission, low noise. 

C. Compact, light weight, durable lifetime, large carrying capacity. 

D. Easy to dismantle, repair and install.

2. Brief Product Introduction

This product is an outer meshed involute helical tooth cylindrical gear speed reducer. 
It is widely applied to the fields of metallurgy, mines, hoisting, transportation, cement, architecture, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, etc. 
The suitable scope of speed reducer is as follows: 

A. The rotation of high speed shaft should not be more than 1500rpm; 

B. The circumferential velocity of gear transmission should not be more than 20, /sec; 

C. The temperature of work environment should be -40-45 egree celsius. If below 0 degree celsius, before start, the lubricating oil should be pre-heated to above 0 gree celsius. This speed reducer can be run at clockwise and counterclockwise direction.

A.  Parallel axes four gear transmission, speed reduction ratio is 1.10, 1.82, 3.01, 4.98.

B. Motor power is 7.5KW, input  speed revolution is 1500rpm, permitted output torque is 135-230Nm.
