The reducer works on planetary transmission principle with pin gear meshing. It has wide applications in fields like petrochemical, light industry, food processing, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing, metallurgical, mining, wastewater treatment, engineering machinery. Working temperature is -2540, oil temperature rise can not exceed 45, oil temperature should be under 80. Bidirectional rotations are permitted.

Main features are as follows,

(1)High reduction ratio: single ratio is 987; double ratio is 815133; triple ratio is 5841658503.

(2)Compact structure: Compared with other -reducers running with the same power, this kind has a 1/3 reduction in weight and volume . Putting input and output shaft on the same axle makes the size smallest, thereby minimize assembly and debugging .

(3)Smooth run & heavy loads: many teeth meshed, large overlap coefficient, internal force balanced, vibration and noise are limited at the lowest point.

(4)High transmission efficiency & Long life: Rolling-frictional transmission is the transmissive mode of pin gears, rigidity of major parts is HRC60 after heat treatment.Being resistant to wear and impact,this type has a long life and over 90% efficiency.

There are nine types for this product, which includes vertical dual-shaft, vertical direct-link, vertical indirect-link, horizontal dual-shaft, horizontal direct-link, horizontal indirect-link, vertical-inversed dual-shaft, vertical-inversed direct-link and two-stage dual output shaft. The output shaft has three types: general type, clamp type and 1:20 taper general-screwthread type. Mounting type for motor is B5 or V1. Bath lubrication is usually adopted for horizontal reducers; while grease lubrication is adopted to avoid leakage for vertical type X4(B2B18) and lower, and circulating splash oil lubrication is used for vertical type X10(B7B45) and above and vertical inversed type X5(B3B22) and above.
