Shaft mounted Hardened reducer using direct suspension in the host power input shaft sleeve, omitting the attachment and the reducer assembly platform.Transmission gear is made of high quality alloy steel, carburizing quenching,grinding technology, precision grade 6, the hardness is up to 60HRC. Has the advantages of small volume, light weight, large carrying capacity, high efficiency,long service life etc.. It is mainly used in the belt conveyor, bucket elevator drivingdevice, can also be used for other types of machinery equipment transmission device. The product can be provided with non-return device advanced to meet userdemand, unidirectional rotation.
2, working conditions
A. input shaft speed of not more than 1500r/min;
The B. working environment temperature is -40~+40 ℃. When the environmenttemperature is below 0 ℃, before the start of the lubricating oil should bepreheated
